新试剂糠醛缩7-氨基-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸的合成及催化荧光测定超痕量钒(Ⅴ)

合成了新试剂糠醛缩７－氨基－８－羟基喹啉－５－磺酸（简称Ｆ７Ｎ８Ｑ５Ｓ）。试剂在酸性介质中被ＫＢｒＯ３氧化分解，生成强荧光物质，Ｖ（Ⅴ）对该反应具有强烈的催化作用，由此建立了测定痕量钒的催化荧光法。反应在酸性介质中进行，０．０５％Ｆ７Ｎ８Ｑ５Ｓ３．０ｍＬ，５％ＫＢｒＯ３０．６ｍＬ，沸水浴中加热２０ｍｉｎ，λｅｘ／λｅｍ＝３２６ｎｍ／３８６ｎｍ。钒的量在０．０～４．８μｇ／Ｌ范围内呈线性，检测限为０．４μｇ／Ｌ。该方法用于实际样品中痕量钒的测定，结果满意。此外还详细研究了反应机理。

China＇s Oil Imports and Exports in 2007

The net imports of oil increased by 8.4% in China in 2007, hitting the record of 183.48 million tons （Fig.1）. The net imports of crude oil and other oil products including paraffin wax, oil coke, and asphalt increased and balanced out the decrease of the net imports of product oil and liquefied petroleum gas （LPG）. The net imports of crude oil reached 159.35 million tons, up 14.8%. In 2006, a lot of refining refineries were newly built and expanded, as a result, the crude processing capacity of domestic refineries increased by 6.4% and rose to 326.79 million tons in 2007.     

Sinopec Sees Significant Growth for Net Profit in 2007

China Petrochemical Corporation （Sinopec）, a leading oil refiner, posted a net profit of 70 billion yuan （9.63 billion U.S. dollars） in 2007. Sinopec made a net profit of 50.66 billion yuan in 2006. The huge profit can be attributed to cost control, resources integration and technological innovation, according to Cai Xiyou, a senior executive of Sinopec.
